• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the app's functionality

2. User Content

• Any photos or data you create in Smilo remain stored on your device.
• You are solely responsible for any content you capture or store.

We do not access, store, or review your personal content.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Smilo may offer paid features via subscriptions.

• Payments are handled through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status.

4. No Medical Advice

Smilo is not a medical or dental service.

• The app provides informational and tracking tools only.
• It does not replace professional medical or orthodontic advice.

Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Smilo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of results
• Continuous availability
• Error-free performance

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Smilo and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the app
• Loss of data
• Any reliance on app outputs

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.
